Is it possible to change your username, the name of the airplane or airline company?

There is no such possibility.

How can I earn game money?

You have to evaluate and specify ticket prices for the correspondent flights. Offer other airports to conclude contracts with your airport. Additionaly, once a week International Air Transprt Association allows €2 000 000 to every user.

Why my airplanes departs without any pasangers?

If there are no more passengers in your or contracted airport, then it means that your or contracted airport has passanger deficiency. You can increase passengers by signing contracts with cities which efficiency multiplier is higher then 0, by buying marketing campaings or upgrading parking lot.

Why can't I add flights?

It is possible to add flights only after current server time; it means if server time is 12:00 o'clock, it won't be possible to add flight at 11:59 o'clock. There must be 15 minutes break between every flight.

How is the rating calculated?

The rating is calculated by taking into account the number of passengers carried, kilometers covered, the number of flights, the number of sabotages performed, as well as the number of penalty sanctions.

How can I find a place in the map, where the airport of other player is located?

In section " Statistics" by clicking on the heading Top, entering at least 3 (three) symbols of airport’s name at the bottom of page, you can find the airport you are looking for.

Is it possible to complete the airport from components?

No, it isn’t possible. You can improve certain characteristics of the airplane with nonstandard components or, if the existing technical condition of components is deteriorated, you can replace it with a better one. At the moment the choice of nonstandard components is small but it will be increased soon.

Does the crashing of the airplane always mean a complete loss?

Yes. In the current game version the airplane after crashing isn’t usable and it is automatically written-off.

Is it possible to invite friends to join this game?

Yes, you have the possibility of inviting your friends to join us. For every friend you invite you will receive €3 000 000 after he has made the first flight. The money will be added in the midnight. You can perform this action in the section " Profile -> Invite friend"

Is it possible to view other airports?

To view the profile of user’s airport, you have to click on the name of the airport. In the airport’s profile you can find information about levels of player’s buildings, fleet structure and other useful things.

Why the number of airplanes in the market is 0 and when it will be increased?

It means that the type of the airplane given is sold out. Producers of airplanes cannot manufacture new planes so quickly; therefore the supply of new airplanes is difficult to forecast.
